How can i check the history in my desktop Skype

Can i get the step by step on how to see this

How can i check the history in my desktop Skype

Hi Suoalp,
The steps to view Skype history on the desktop are as follows:
1) Sign in the Skype application
2) Select 'Skype' > 'Preferences' > 'General' > 'Move read conversations to history after'
3) Choose the time either in hours, days, weeks
4) Click 'History' if you want to see past conversations
5) The list will be displayed on the screen
6) Click on the item in the list, scroll and view the history

How can i check the history in my desktop Skype

To see old instant messages you’ve sent or received in Skype:

1. Sign in to Skype.
2. In the menu bar, click Tools > Options.
3. On the left side of the Options window, select IM&SMS > IM settings.
4. Check that the Keep history for option is set to forever and click Save.
5. Then click the Recent tab and scroll down to the bottom of the instant messages’ list.
6. At the bottom of the list, click Show earlier messages. To get back to the compact view, click Hide earlier messages.

How can i check the history in my desktop Skype

Hi Suoalp,

Please follow the below steps to find the chat and call details in your Skype desktop application.

1. Login to the Skype application.
2. Select the contact you want to find the history.
3. Select the Conversation option from the menu.
4. Select View Old Message option.
5. From the below options select any according to your preference.

• Yesterday
• 7 Days
• 30 days
• 1 Month

Scroll up and view the history.
