How can I carry out creating form Excel Wizard?

Hallo Guys!

I would like to use a simple application to create a questionnaire that people can fill after our dance and theatre company stages a performance. This I want done using Microsoft Office Word since that is what I am very much comfortable using and manipulating its content. Is there creating form Excel wizard that I can use to accomplish this in a simple and effective way?

Hi Harold,

I am under the impression that this questionnaire that you are talking about is something that will be printed and handed over to your audiences.

If my understanding is true then yes, excel is very flexible but you need to design the questionnaire manually.

Unfortunately there is no setup wizard that can automatically build it.

You may want to consider using other applications built for this kind of task like:

JotForm this software is built to make surveys/questionnaires. After forms are created you can either publish it online or you can print it out.

This is much more easier to use compared to starting from scratch.

Hello Harold Rudy,

                    You can do that task in a simple and easy way in MS WORD. But there are some of the software too that can help you to make question papers so that you can do that task in an easy way. All you need to do is to go to the below link from there you can get that software. I also suggest you to Design an HTML website that thing can also help you in making surveys online from the people.You can also use Google Docs for the same purpose.
