How to build a clean email database list?

I've been in business for many years. I have a wide network of people and agencies, thus my problem on how to handle my email. I want to create a clean email database list. I don't want spams and  unsolicited emails from unfamiliar sources. I used Outlook but the problem is still there. Any suggestion? Please help. Thanks.

How to build a clean email database list?

Hello Morgan,

You can consider using the services of http://bulkemailverifier.com/clean-email-list/ to clean your present list.  This will take out any spam, false  or threatening addresses.  Depending on how big your database currently holds, currently they offer a Small Trial package to clean 3,000 emails for $29 and 45,000 emails for $69.

Once your email database is clean, you can keep the database clean by including opt-in options on every message you send. This will allow them to opt-in to receive emails if they are a new customer.
