How best can Oracle corporation Fussion App be customize to user requirement? A company uses Oracle Corporation Fussion App for its Customer Record Management (CRM) operation. At first use the Fussion App was meeting the Company requirement, but the company wants to implement some changes in its operations which the Fusion App may not meet.

How best to customize Fussion App?

Please consult the Oracle Fusion Applications Extensibility Guide for an overview of the application tools available to you for the purpose of extending and customizing your software. One of the tools available to you within the application for this purpose is the CRM Composer. Your options within that tool depend on the CRM application you are using. If your options are not suitable for your purposes, you may need to upgrade.
