Hi. Recently I have installed WordPress 3.5.1 latest version. Now I want to use the real Madrid theme for WordPress but I don’t know how real Madrid theme works. Previously I have not applied any theme for WordPress. Please help me to find out solution and some method to handle this problem.

In general there is always some issue with something newly released like WordPress 3.5.1 specially the compatibility issue. In the case of WordPress it is true for plug ins & themes. When you are using a latest version you need to first check if the plugins & themes you are using or want to use is compatible or not.
WordPress provided a step by step upgrade process and how to check the compatibility issue here. First verify with the instruction that your WordPress installation is successful or not.
Now the main issue of installing the Real Madrid theme. Kindly follow the below process to do that.
1. First check the compatibility of the Real Madrid theme with the latest version. If the theme is compatible go to the next step, if not request the theme builder to create a compatible one.
2. In the next step disable all the plugins you have.
3. Upload the theme using Media Uploader option.
4. Re enable all the plugins
And there you have the Real Madrid theme in your WordPress installation.
