You can download the oracle tuxedo from this.

You can find every kind of version from this link. There are three installation methods of this program are supported. To use this software  you can use any of these methods to install the Oracle. Here the methods are described below :-

Firstly, Graphical user interface installation, Details in this.

The Second method is Consoling Installation, To learn more about.

Last one is Silent installation, described in this.
