How can I add a dropdown menu in javascript country city list into HTML?
I'm also having problems on how to insert the countries dynamically in the script.

You can easily add a JavaScript drop down menu in to html. I have attached a notepad about a simple java script drop down menu. It will give a brief idea about how to insert countries dynamically in to the script I think it will assist you .
By the way If you need to create  a dynamic drop down menu you can use Ajax to develop it.
