Email creation process include alternate email address, mobile number and secret questions. But what if I don’t have any of these and I can’t open my account? What to do ifi can’t access my Hotmail account?

How To Access My Hotmail Account Without Number Or ID.

1) Go to the login page.

2) Click can’t access your account.

3) Click on I know my password, but can’t sign in and then next.

4) Type your email address you used to sign in.

5) Type the captcha that appears.

6) Click next. 

7) Click I don’t have any of these and then next.

8) Type the email address that you have access to.

9) You will be redirected to recover page.

10) Fill in the information same as that when you created your email account.

11) Click ‘submit’.

12) An email will be sent to the alternate email address you entered and you could then access to your email account.
