Hello experts,

Hotmail login no password error. I got this problem when logging in to my hotmail account that is indicating that I did not input any password on the blank provided but I did. I hope you can give me some solution for me to access my hotmail account. I need your help. Thank you.

Try refreshing the page or go to the homepage then login again.

Or the best is to use other browser.

Hi Kyle,

Hope you doing good. You can do following things to avoid this.

1. First of all try to log in via Internet Explorer, not via any mobile browser or any other. Reason being hotmail and internet explorer both are Microsoft technologies so hotmail will be more compatible there. More over hotmail is developed on Metro, a new language by microsoft, so it could be a reason that your current browser not supporting it.

2. Try to clear your cache, your browsing history and other cookies from the browser. There might me some malware present in it which not allowing you to log in.

3. Try to log in via different computer, it will narrow down the problem if it is your computer only which is not helping you to log in or a problem with your account.

4. Last but not the least solution, click on "can't access your account?" option under the sign in button, follow the simple procedure as directed and retrieve your email. Hope it helps.
