The problem is that my default home page continues to change from my own settings. This started after the site I was once locked up.
I have run the updated ad-aware, spy-bot and Norton anti virus but still no changes.

change your Home page to google.com for example then restart your computer if you have the same problem than
the problem is a spy ware that change your home page automatically to an other website so you have to install an Anti spyware then analyze your pc to check for spyware after you finish restart your computer go to your Internet Settings and change home page then restart your navigator and problem 100% will be resolved
