Holdem Manager Unhandled exception. What to do now?

I have this problem with a screenshot which I have pasted below. If I try to click continue I am not sure if the software will continue properly and if I click on quit I am afraid that my computations that I have worked on for nights may be lost. Any suggestions or help regarding this problem? Thanks in advance.
