Help in SanDisk Online Recovery Tools

Hello. I have a Sandisk USB where important files are stored. You see, as I plugged it in a public computer, I opened it. Unfortunately, I don't know what happened, all I can see is a shortcut of my USB. When I open it, the window explorer closes. It really is a big problem now because I have important files inside my USB and formatting it will really add up to the burden. So I thought of Sandisk Online Recovery Tools, are they available in the Internet? Any links I can download? Thank you for the help guys!

Hello Hog,

Data recovery for memory cards and flash drives

Try using data recovery software if your flash drive is still functional.

 

San Disk recommends Rescue Pro and Rescue Pro Deluxe. These programs are reasonably priced.

 

You may use demo version of this software. After recovering your data you can reformat it and use it again.

Hi Grayramirez,

With regards to your Sandisk USB that only shows the shortcuts when opened, it might have been infected by a virus. You can try to scan the drive with your antivirus software. If scanning does not help you Sandisk Online Recovery Tools are available to download from their website, just click the link.

There are two available plans. The RescuePro Standard Ver.4.0, priced at $39.99 and the other one is RescuePro Deluxe at $59.99. Both of them have a Demo version but is limited to only show the files but be able to save recovered files. 

Alternatively you may also use a free data recovery software like EaseUS Data Recovery.
