My computer was just cleared after a neighbour cut into my access…I have the name can i find out who it is?

Help me please figure this out

Hello,

You may be able to figure out the IP address of the computer of the person that is cutting into your network access. The following procedure should help you determine the IP address:
On your computer, click on start.
And then go to the cmd command prompt and type netstat -n
Make sure that you leave a space between netstat and -n, and the press Enter.
After that you will see who is connected to your computer and what their ip address they are using is.
You can as well figure out the location that they are trying to infiltrate you from once you cmd them.
