Help on Kootali Web Hosting

I am searching for something that can help me host my web site. I saw Kootali Web Hosting but I am skeptical of using it. Can it help me create my website from scratch up to the end? Or do I need to make my website first then Kootali will just host it? I need advices from Kootali users out there. Thank you.

I think there is no need to doubt to use kootali as hosting site but may need to keep in touch to keep the site update.

Kootali is a social networking site that creates new ways to communicate and share information. It has been used regularly by millions of people and has become a enduring part of everyday life.
Kootali is same as Facebook and similar in many ways.

If you want build and host a site you could use joomla and drupal.But need to keep in touch as a admin.Kootali has many templates in it and the are not supposed to give the source code of the site.
