Hello,
I am unable to get my Netflix Silverlight movie to play on my PC. I have the software installed on my PC but I am not getting the prompt to start the movie. I keep getting this message "Already installed".

Hello Jmnds,
Here is some steps to follow to manually clean up a broken Sliverlight installation. If you are getting an error message here's what you need to do.

You will first need to uninstall the previous Silverlight that was unsuccessful.

Next you will need to make sure your device is compatible with Silverlight.

Then you will download Silverlight.

Windows Internet Explorer the system will prompt you to either run or save the installation file (Silverlight exe.).

Click on RUN to start downloading.

Mozilla Firefox Save Silverlight.exe to your hard disk.

Once finish downloading Click OPEN.

Windows Vista will ask for security permission to continue.

Then click on INSTALL NOW once you have reviewed the license agreement and privacy statement.

It would be best to restart your system.

Once your rebooted your system you can use Silverlight.
