If you cant design yourself in Coreldraw maybe hire a freelancer at Odesk or Guru. You can hire freelance designers from around the world. You will get good quality work at a fraction of the cost and then you don't have to design yourself.

You can also download tutorials at Lynda.com which has great tutorials on using any graphic design packages.
