Hi guys. I just installed Hallmark Card Studio for Mac quarter fold greeting cards. I launch the program, a new window opens then it just crashes. What could be the problem? I have an iMac with OSx Mountain Lion. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There are several reasons why your newly installed Hallmark Card Studio keeps on crashing. These are:

Multiple process has been running in your computer. You must be aware of the number of programs that are running simultaneously. This may result to slow performance of your computer thus affects the program itself.

Program crashes are due to programming error but sometimes it is due to hardware or operating system you're using. Therefore you must make sure that your operating system are always updated.

Software is not compatible with your machine.
To fix this issue, you may do the following:

To minimize your memory usage, don't open multiple application.

Update your spyware, firewall and drivers.

Reinstall Hallmark Card Studio.
