Hallmark card studio 2010 has encountered a problem and needs to close

Hi, I have some issues with using Hallmark Card Studio 2011. While I’m in the middle of making a card I encountered this error message all of a sudden stating “Hallmark Card Studio 2011 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for inconvenience. If you are in the middle of something the information you are working on may be lost.” After this occurrence, all of my work is lost even though I have been manually saving my project. Could someone please help me with my problem? Thank you in advance.

Hi, did you scan you computer?   Free from virus?  Are you sure that you installed Hallmark Card   Studio 2011 properly? No other version of Hallmark Card Studio  2009 or 2010 maybe in you computer  then if your answer is YES, the problem lies in the program itself. I would suggest that before you will reinstall delete calendar if you are not using it. click START>all program> >hallmark>calendar>DElete it.  It will help, but if not first CLOSE all program>Start>run>type "msconfig" > click OK at the system configuration window in the general tab>diagnostic start up option> click OK> RESTART.   Try  running the program, if it runs, something is conflicting so repeat the process but select normal startup option  instead of  diagnostic start up option . click Ok and restart again.
