Hello expert, I am using Acer Aspire S7 laptop. But still I’m using windows 7 on it. How can I install windows 8 for my Laptop? Please can you guide me to put up Acer windows 8?

Hi,

Your Acer Aspire S7 can definitely handle Windows 8. All you need to get it is a Windows 8 installer disc. Pop the disc in, then follow the user friendly procedure as windows installer itself guides you through the entire process.

Your S7 is ideal for windows 8. Core i7 processor and a touchscreen interface, I strongly suggest you upgrade to Windows 8.

Another suggestion would be, call in for Acer technical support. Check for deals regarding upgrading, maybe you can purchase a windows 8 upgrade in a discounted price.

Guide me to put up Acer windows 8 on my Laptop

Hi John

You will have to go into the bios and tell the machine to boot from USB device first to install Win7 beta.

For this

• Firstly, you will have to enter in to the BIOS
• Then tell the machine to boot from Windows 8 CD- ROM
• Also you can run from your USB.
• Then start the installation process.
• Follow the instructions as appeared on a Dialogue box.
• Complete the installation process.
• And, finally you will get Windows 8 on your Acer Aspire S7 laptop.
