Please do let me know more about how to use Google Trends to observe and find out keyword trends.

Google Trends to find keyword trends

Hi Christopher,

Google Trends is an online service by Google. You can access it.

It displays the most popular search terms and the search trend in general. It can be treated as snapshot of interest.

There is even a colorful display of the hot search terms, in which the website is made of colored squares, and popular search terms being displayed in each square.

Google Trends to find keyword trends

Google Trends is Google Inc.’s public web facility based on Google Search. It displays how frequently a certain search term is entered in relation to the whole search volume across a variety of languages and in different regions of the world. It also allows the user to compare the quantity of searches between two or more terms.

Google ignored updating Google Trends on a regular basis and in March of 2007 bloggers observed that Google didn’t added new data since November of 2006.

This is what they originally do until it was blogged again and after that Google said that they are now updating the information given by Google Trends on a daily basis while the Hot Trends is on an hourly basis.

Insights for Search is a free service launched by Google in August 6, 2008 and is an extension of the Google Trends. Even if the tool is intended for marketers, any ordinary user can also use it. This tool is used for tracking or monitoring different phrases and words that are entered in the Google search box.
