I want to get away from this error message and to get better with the search, can anyone help me in fixing this issue and what are the possible things I should follow to get  rid of this.

The error message you get says that there is some sort of corruption in your Google Chrome profile data.

The solution is quite simple.
Â
Quit Google Chrome (make sure it's gone from the processes too). Then locate the file named "Web Data".
Â
You might need to change some settings in your OS to be able to see hidden files and folders.
Â
Once you've located the file, delete it.
Â
(If you have a trouble finding the file, it should be located in following directories:
Mac OSX: /Users/{user}/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default
Windows 7: C:Users{username}AppDataLocalGoogleChromeUser DataDefault
Windows XP: C:Documents and Settings{username}Local SettingsApplication DataGoogleChromeUser Data
Linux: ~/.config/google-chrome/Default )
