There are multiple ways to go into online mode while working in offline mode.
- Go to the ‘Send/Receive’ tab.
- In the tab, choose ‘Work offline’ and deselect it, do this again and again till it gets Connected.
Alternatively, you can also create a new profile
- Go to ‘Folder pane.’
- Right click on your account name and select the option to remove your account.
- Now, create a new account and try to work online.
