Gives error while connecting to the internet

Hi

last night the internet works fine.From today morning when i try to connect to login page of my isp it gives me error page not found.The isp customer care cannot resolve it. They say the device in my roof works fine and getting signal. May be some issue with my firefox.help needed.

Isn’t it annoying when you know that your browser has been working well for a couple of months already when all of a sudden it will stop without you knowing why? Sometimes, it could be because that the site you are trying to access could be down and might be having a system maintenance, however what if you've been trying to access different sites and you are getting the same "Page Not Found" error message? Please try the following steps to solve “Page not Found” issue using Firefox:

  1. Click on Tools on your Firefox window menu bar
  2. Go to Edit and Select Options and/or Preferences
  3. Click on Advanced panel
  4. Go to Network tab
  5. Click on Settings on the Connection section
  6. Change your proxy settings to “No Proxy”
  7. Close the Connection Settings
  8. Click OK
  9.  Restart Firefox
