Where can I download a htc nexus one suite for both Windows and Linux platforms that contain all the functionalities for both environments and how do I install it in a Linux environment using the terminal?

Hi Farrer,

You can’t actually use the same software in both windows and Linux platforms. You have to download and install different software for this.

As Fenster mentioned earlier you can download both the versions from the link provided. You can install the application in two ways in Linux: by Software Center or by the command line which comes in very handy. 

To do the second one press Ctrl+Alt+T to open the terminal. Type in:

sudo < space > apt-get < space > install < space > application_name
