Getting duplicate emails(exchange server issue)

I have 50 systems in my network and we have configured MS exchange server 2007 for email purpose.One of our user getting duplicate emails(2 times from the sender) but originally emails were sent only once.Please advice.

Getting duplicate emails(exchange server issue)
