I work for a company which has MS Exchange server which is used by employees to receive/send emails.

I just wanted to know if there is a possibility or getting back e-mails which are deleted accidentally even from deleted items folder. If yes, how long would I be able to retrieve the e-mails?

Guys please help me with your opinion, it will be highly appreciated.

If you have deleted the email in inbox and want to see it again. You have to go to the deleted item folder where you can find the deleted email. If you deleted too in the deleted item and you want to retrieve them. You have to follow these steps which I am writing below:

1.     Go to the “deleted” folder and click on Tools menu and if the “Recover Deleted items” option is present, click on it and recover all the deleted email in the Exchange Server.

2.     Otherwise, close outlook and go to the start menu if the above option” Recover Deleted Items” is not present, click on Run in start menu, type” regedit”, press enter and then Registry Editor becomes opened. Click on “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE” folder and next go to the “Software” folder. Open it and you got folder” Microsoft”, click on that, then ”exchange” folder, then select “client” folder and last open a “Options” folder. Right click on blank side area and select new and click on “Dword”. Right click on “Dword” and rename it. Type” DumpsterAlwaysOn”. Then double click on item, take properties, change the value to “1” and click ok to close registry.

Now start outlook, you can see the option of tools menu “Recover Deleted Items”. Just click and retrieve your email. It is very simple.
