Greetings to you all,

I have been burning CDs with my DELL laptop for a while now with no problems using Adobe Encore. The other day when I tried to burn another CD, I got this error message. I thought that maybe the memory was too small, so I upgraded from 4GB to 8GB, but the error message still keeps coming. I need help please.

Adobe Encore

PGC “PAL_Beach Menu WIDE” has an error at 00:00:29:22.

Internal software error; %0, line PAL_Beach Menu WIDE – PGC Info: name = PAL_Beach Menu WIDE, ref = Bpgc, time = 00:00:29:22

Thanks for your help.

Hello Alijah,

If you want to burn a Cd then you can do this thing by using the default burner of the windows. All you need is to just put your blank Cd into the cd rom after that you have to open the Cd on the top left corner there will be a option of burn Cd from there you can burn your Cd easily without any error. You can also use the Software of Ashampoo to burn a cd if you want but i think that the default burner will be  enough for you to burn cd.

Hi Alijah,

Thank you for notifying us about your problem. I expect some little help would be able to get you away from the inconvenience. So let me tell you is this the latest version of Adobe Encore. Sometimes this can cause problem with the problem of windows. So you can use a Registry tools boost to fix the default settings. Also you have to careful at the time of log in. You will probably need to log into an admin account and also run Encore with Admin privileges. Hope it will be alright.

Thank you.

Hello Alijah,

This problem occurred with your  system driver software settings using with Adobe Encore. There is nothing to update memory, you can follow these steps, First Uninstall your Adobe Encore software. (But you must keep your GUI settings)

Then clear your hard disk with disk cleanup wizard.

After Cleanup finished Restart your computer. If you have Windows XP/vista/7 bootable CD or DVD please enter when your computer boot. After your computer boot now you can install Adobe Encore. So that now you can try to burn your disk. Unfortunately this error message appears again you can work with 3rd party software.

You can find this software and get it here.

Other software for this solution can find here.

After these points applied, your problem will be solved.

But another problem appeared again you need to replace your OS.
