I want to download Adobe Photoshop elements 4.0 Windows 7. I need the exact version. Since it is the most recommended version they have been using in my institute.
It is very difficult to find the fourth version as exact and Adobe removes the older version or archive them as new versions appear. They might be stored and can be retrieved from other software down loader sites. But it is a very cumbersome task.
