FRx installation error, any tip?

Hello guys,

A few days ago I installed FRx to analyze some of my financial reports. I could not install it successfully because during the installation an error window appeared on the screen.

The screenshot is attached below:

InstallShield Wizard

Setup has experienced an error.
Please do the following:
-Close any running programs
-Empty your temporary folder
-Check your Internet Connection (Internet-based Setups)
Then try to run the Setup again.

I have tried to search it on the web, and I didn’t find even a single solution for my query.

Has anyone encountered this error before?

I need help. Please reply as soon as you can. I'll be grateful.

FRx installation error, any tip?

Hi.

The error already says what you are going to do to fix the problem.

1. Close any running program-You need to close any running program (Software,task) to your computer except from those default programs need to run.

2. Empty your temporary folder-These means that delete temporary files to your computer. Run windows explorer then search “.tmp” then it will shows temporary files, then delete it.

3. Check your internet connection-You must check your internet connection if it is still connected.

  Just click start, type ncpa.cpl. (Shortcut for network connection) then you can now check if you are connected or not.

 Another solution is to restart your computer then delete this

C:Program FilesCommon FilesInstallShieldProfessionalRunTime701
