Freeware That Can Convert Sound Track Files to Its Best Quality

My sound tracks are recorded in home studio at a sample size of 24 bit. In order to get the best quality, I tried using Microsoft Movie Maker, but it did not play. I want to find a good freeware that will convert my sound track–recorded files to have the best quality. Please give me some ideas and advice. Thank you.

       There are many free software available in the web.  What matter is it fits your needs and will match on the requiredsystem you are using.  Below are sample software that can be downloaded for free.  You can install or uninstall them anytime you want to test he software.

2. Easy Hi Recorder version 2.4
