Hi Turner,

I personally use and recommend Smadav. It's like the common USB guard, autorun eater, and popular anti-virus software rolled into one. Once active on your system, it automatically scans flash drives plugged into your desktop or laptop.

It guards your system areas and warns you right away, it filters incoming virus activity and alerts you to check it and lets you remove malicious it's activity. The site http://www.smadav.net/ is Indonesian, so be sure to translate the page on your chrome browser. The direct download link would be this.

It's a free download, but you got the option of upgrading to the pro. A tiny bit of difference. While the free version allows you to update the virus definitions manually, the pro version's on auto update.
