Hi,

As you told  while downloading a site your browser Firefox  throw an error message.,according to me it caused by some firewalls like Kaspersky  antivirus. It can block content and send a "frameset.aspx ( (GIF Image, 1×1 pixels) instead. Try following Kaspersky": "Protection > Firewall > Filtration system: disable the "Banner Ad Blocker"

Hope it surely help you.

Hello Joycedparker,

You are facing problem while downloading using Firefox. It seems very common problem and  easily resolvable. This problem might be occurred because of Antivirus issue. You may be using Kaspersky antivirus. There are some firewalls which usually block the contents. When it blocks content then it send errors. But please don't be hesitate it is completely resolvable. Just you need to follow my instructions. Go to to the kaspersky option and disable the banner AdBlocker. Here is the flowchart of the instruction.

Protection > Firewall > Filtration system

Firefox has blocked the site
