Flip4Mac cannot play a DRM

Hello,

I have Flip4Mac installed but I get an error when trying to play a DRM (Digital Rights Management) protected file from Facebook. I got a screen shot of the image and it is attached below. I would really appreciate all suggestions on this issue.

There was a problem connecting to Facebook.

The operation couldn’t be completed (OSStatus error -1)

Flip4Mac cannot play a DRM

Hi Lloyd,

This problem occurs when the software is set to stream movies rather than establish progressive download. To fix this you will need to uncheck the "Create Streaming Movies" box. To locate the correct menu click on the Player tab found within the Flip4Mac System Preferences. This will allow you to view DRM media on a variety of programs and websites.
