Hello,

The problem I get when I try to install Flash Player 10 VIA Online Explorer 7 (need to eliminate IE8 because of interface fault). Also need to eliminate Display Participant entirely (considering that is what informed me in troubleshoot) and uninstalled the Firefox. But for IE7, it offered me this problem. Then what should I do?

I was wondering that the main Registrations Important factors has a problem, however I am not totally confident.

Dear Elias cooper, I have read your query.

Are you using an illegitimate copy of Windows or genuine? If it is genuine, have you updated to a latest update release? Sometimes this error may appear if Windows is outdated or if there is some problem with registry entries.

If your Windows is updated then you will have to uninstall your existing Adobe Flash Player to fix this problem first. Download the uninstaller for Adobe Flash Player from this link http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe. Exit all application using flash player including browsers, and then run uninstaller for Adobe Flash Player which you just downloaded. Follow onscreen instructions. When uninstallation completes, close it.

Now delete remaining flash player files and folders. Type (C:Windowssystem32MacromedFlash), (C:WindowsSysWOW64MacromedFlash), (%appdata%AdobeFlash Player) and (%appdata%MacromediaFlash Player) into Run from Start Menu one by one. From each folder, delete every single file you see, including main folders.

Restart your PC and verify the installation by opening browser and try watching a video online. If you are prompted to install Adobe Flash Player, then you have successfully uninstalled Adobe Flash Player. Now download latest version of Adobe Flash Player from this link get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and install it.

I hope it helped.
