While connecting and transferring data from iTunes, my device shows the error 0xe800002d. What are the causes, and the ways I can fix this?

This error occurs when iTunes is unable to transfer data. This interruption is a result of several factors. Follow these steps to remove the error –

1. Check the device to which you are trying to connect. The device should be turned ON, and connectivity should be open.

2. Re-start the device and iTunes service, and connect it to an iDevice via USB cable and see if iTunes is fixed or not.

3. Update the iTunes and then try.

4. Try changing the port and the USB cable. There is a chance that the cable is having an issue.

5. Still, after following all the steps the error has not gone, then try to go to a service center.
