I had formatted my PS3 and tried to play a new game by putting my disc. But, it just rotated fast for ten minutes to finally stop and showed PS3 start operation error. How do I fix it?

Fixing PS3 Start Operation Error Without A Glitch.

Try restoring the file system and rebuild the database in safe mode to solve this error. You can do so by following steps:

1. Remove any discs and turn the device off. Press and hold power to power up your PS3 and turn it off.
2. Press and hold the button again until you hear the double beep which takes you to Safe Mode menu.
3. Select option 3 and wait for the console to reboot and configure the display.
4. Select “Yes” for any message and complete the restore process.

These steps might fix the issue.
