I am getting a certificate error in my internet explorer browser and it has blocked my navigation ability. Please tell how to solve the issue. Moreover, what should be done when IE certificate error navigation blocked occurs.

Fixing IE Certificate Error Navigation Blocked In Simple Steps.

This error commonly occurs due to incorrect date and time. So, check your time and date.

First, click on  the clock in the bottom right corner. And then click on Date and time settings.

Verify if the date and time is correct.

If the date or time is in correct, then turn off Set time automatically option and turn it back on.

Click on the Change button, then set the time, and date manually.
