Whenever I try to turn on internet connection using a dial-up connection. A window comes up with error code 633. I am unable to fix this issue, kindly assist as soon as possible.
HI, the error code 633 generally because of multiple dial-up setups are created by a single PC or the ports are unable to connect.
Try the following method to resolve this error
1) Start the computer in safe mode.
2) Click device manager from my computer.
3) Select the modem option and click uninstall.
4) Restart the computer.
5) When the message comes “a new hardware device if found”.
6) Install the required drivers and reboot the system once again.
