My phone keeps showing Mobile data connection error notification, What should I do? Why does this occur? Is it because of my phone or network provider?
Smartphones sometimes develop unfamiliar temporary faults for no apparent reasons. The most common problem is the loss of mobile internet, this can happen when there is a fault with the service provider, or your mobile phone is not able to receive the internet data. There is no permanent solution for this issue, but you can try to fix it by checking your APM settings or at least try by restarting your phone again, updating the software or contact your service provider.
If you are having that problem on your Smartphone, one possible reason is if you have a very low signal reception. If you use your network’s data connection to connect to the internet, the stability of the connection will rely on the strength of the signal just like when you are doing a regular phone call.
When you have a very low signal reception, it can affect the speed and stability of the internet connection which might result to disconnecting your connection. To avoid this from happening, transfer to a different location if you see on your phone that your signal bars are very low. This is no different when you are connecting to a Wi-Fi network and you are too far from the router.
When the Wi-Fi signal is very weak because of the distance, the speed of the connection is affected which may also lead to getting disconnected. It may also help if you change your phone’s network type like from 3G try shifting to 4G and vice versa. But normally, this is done by the phone automatically.
