I am having problem with the Citrix receiver client in my Windows PC. People help me with this problem as Citrix receiver not working and my work is pending because of that. Need help urgently and want you to know that I am using Firefox.

You can try the following methods to solve this problem-

  1. Change the plug-in permission in the Firefox settings and then go to add-ons and for Citrix plugin make it always activate
  2. You can try updating the plug in or the software
  3. You can try removing old legacy Citrix client as they maybe the reason for the error
  4. Try checking whether the Citrix content is actually using the required plugin
