There is a problem with the DNS server service restart, and it is giving the error message – Event 4000, The DNS server was unable to open Active Directory. What is the solution to this error message?

Five Steps Process On DNS Server Was Unable To Open Active Directory
Follow the steps to resolve the error Event 4000:
• Check if the other DNS server is configured identically to your domain configuration (If you have another DNS server)
• Stop KDC service.
• In the command prompt, run the command code (ensure you are the admin): Netdomresetpwd/server:/userd:/password:*
• Enter the password of the Domain admin.
• Reboot the server.
