Finale 2012 can’t be installed-Setup Error

I both bought and downloaded Finale 2012 from the net. As I tried to install, an error message showed. It was as follows:

Download Finale 2012

Your internet connection seems to be not permitted or dropped out!

Please reconnect and click Retry to resume installation.

Retry Cancel

I got very upset and so I tried all the basic troubleshooting experiment but, failed. Someone please help me solve this…. Please help!

Hi Nadiajgoff,

To solve the problem check out the following steps:

1. Try you internet connection, open a web page in your browser.

2. Disable antivirus / firewall, these can be blocking internet access to update program.

3. Access to update may be being blocked by your ISP (Internet service provider's). Check that restrictions have this.

If the problem was your firewall / antivirus, do not forget to activate them when you finish updating.
