Hello,

Today, I was attempting to extract a zipped file in a folder but an unexpected error was displayed. I have searched the solution online but I couldn’t find anything. Can I get the resolution from your side? I need your support to handle this issue.

File error when extracting a zipped file

You will be getting this error because you would have used Microsoft vista's default zip extractor. So a solution to this problem is using third party software like WinRAR or 7-zip to extract zip file.
