Download Default Drive.reg.

First backup your registry follow these instructions.

Click on Start > in search box, type regedt32 and press Enter.

"Registry Editor" will be opened. Click on File –> Export (save it where you want).

Now double click on the downloaded file (Default_Drive.reg)

Click on "Yes or" (Click “Run” if you are using Windows XP)

Finally restart your pc.

Hello.

It seems there are two CD/DVD drives in your system. This problem may be because of the two drives. Try to insert the DVD in the other drive and try to accesses it. If the problem still persists then you need to uninstall one of the drives. If you can accesses the DVD through other drive. Then there will be a problem with your first drive.

Thank you.
