Adding and editing website content using html and php. I am using a dreamweaver application to make it easier for me to code the tables and columns. Can you tell me more about the features and functions of the dreamweaver application?

You can use Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. I think you can get the all features you need so. You will get it from here.
