Fatal Error while trying to gain processor informations

Hello,

While I was trying to open a game this error appeared. It doesn’t appear every time but I have some days when I can’t get rid of it and started to be very annoying. Can anyone have some free time to help with this ? What is causing this ?

Fatal Error while trying to gain processor informations

Hello Stephen,

There could be many reasons of this error. Mainly if Kernel32.dll file is corrupted or outdated, Invalid registry files or if your system is infected by viruses. 

Did you try rebooting the system, if this comes after rebooting too you have to replace this file in DOS. Generally this issue originates when application like Skype getting installed. Install the new version of that application, if issue still persists try replacing the file.

What you have to do is download KERNEL32.dll or copy from other computer and put into c:windowssystem32. After that open command prompt and run regsvr32 kernel32.dll.
