I purchased the Power Armor Edition of Fallout 76 thinking that I will be getting the nice canvas bag they promised together with other load of stuff. After placing my order and waiting for several weeks, the package arrived but I got surprised because they sent a different bag not the one in the poster. How do I get a replacement?
Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition Sent A Different Bag
Bethesda (Bethesda Game Studios and Bethesda Softworks), the developer and publisher of Fallout 76, already sent apologies to customers who purchased the Power Armor Edition of Fallout 76.
After customers complained, Bethesda responded with: “We understand and respect that there is disappointment with the bag in the Power Armor Edition. We are sorry. Please contact Bethesda Support to provide proof of your CE purchase. They will assist in granting your account 500 Atoms”. According to Bethesda, they are finalizing the manufacturing plans for the replacement canvas bags for the “Fallout 76: Power Armor Edition”.
If you are one of the customers who purchased the CE, go to Bethesda Support, select “Power Armor Edition Bag Replacement Form”, and complete the form. You need to be logged in to fill up the form. You need to fill out this form until May 3, 2019. Customers who will be approved for a replacement will also receive 500 complimentary ATOMS.
You also need to attach proof of purchase to the form. The proof of purchase should be an image of your receipt or invoice from the retailer. You need to scan your receipt and save it in either JPG (*.jpg) or PNG (*.png) format.
Note: if you don’t have proof of purchase, you or the person who made the purchase needs to contact the authorized retailer where you purchased it and request a copy of your receipt.
