I am trying to install an accounting software peach tree but i am finding difficulty because it gives the message of  "not a valid win32 application". Anyone can help me?

Failing in execution of an executable file

 

This error message is usually generated when the program you are trying to run is corrupt, or some file is missing which are mandatory to run the program.

 

The reasons behind this are:

 

• Corrupt, bad or missing file

• File is not compatible with your Windows version

• The file itself is a virus, worm or malware

• Hardware is not appropriate to run the program.

 

Now identify what you have done actually. Is it a downloaded from the net file or you are running it from a disk?

I actually downloaded the file from internet.I downloaded from freesoftware.com

Failing in execution of an executable file

If you downloaded this file and verified it is complete and compatible with your version of Windows, delete the file and try downloading and running it again. It's possible during the download that the file became corrupted.Finally, if the second download does not work, try downloading the file from a different webpage. It is possible that the person or company maintaining the website mistakenly uploaded a corrupt version of the file you're attempting download.

Failing in execution of an executable file

 

Software like this are usually not free, so it is hard to find such a free software.

 

It will be better if you get a CD for this software.

 

You also can visit brother soft and softnic, to my experience these sites are very effective.
