Fail to Sync windows mobile (Error Code 85010002)

Hi, during the time of synchronization my device is showing some problem like ERROR code 85010002. I am now stuck with this problem and could not try anything for solution. I think you can help me to solve this strange problem. Thanks.

Fail to Sync windows mobile (Error Code 85010002)

If you are unable to synchronize your phone with your computer, try turning off your phone then remove the battery for a couple of minutes. Then after a while attach again the battery then start your phone. Try doing the synchronization again. If it fails again, restart your computer then repeat it again.

You may also try updating your phone’s software. It is possible that the error has something to do with the phone’s software. If you are using a USB cable to connect your phone to your computer, try transferring the plug to the other available ports if it doesn’t work on the current USB port.
