I have read the problem that you are having with your FactoryTalk, and i have experienced the same issue as before.

You have just to go to main Data/File of your software : C:ProgramDataRockwell AutomationFactoryTalk Activation 

And then you have to remove the .rnl files from there. Then restat ftv/ftc.

Now, since you are installing it on 32-bit Windows 7, check if you are using Service Pack 1 and you have the right edition. If you are not using Service Pack 1, download Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and install it.

This is the latest and only Service Pack update for Microsoft Windows 7. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click to restart the machine.
